Welcome to the November Culture web site, (the "Site"). November Culture (novemberculture.com) is operated by Iamjetfuel Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia under the Companies Commission of Malaysia / Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). The site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the Site (the "Agreement"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use any of the Sites. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Right To Change Site
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Sites or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Sites, with or without notice, at any time and in our sole discretion. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site.
Unless otherwise noted, the Sites, and all materials on the Sites, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials (collectively, the "Content"), are owned, controlled, lawfully used, or licensed by IAMJETFUEL Enterprise. In addition, the trademarks for third party products available on the Sites are owned by third parties and lawfully used by November Culture. The Site and the Content are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. No right, title or interest in any downloaded Content is transferred to you as a result of any downloading or copying from the Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any of the Content or the Site.
The customer will be deemed to have received, inspected and accepted goods as satisfactory and complete in all respects unless written notice of any alleged damage or shortage is received by November Culture of any goods supplied within 14 days from the date of shipping for domestic (Malaysia) customers or 30 days from the date of shipping for international customers. The invoice or credit card receipt in respect of the goods or products will be sent by email (or included with the shipment) by November Culture as soon as practical after the dispatch of the goods.
Complaints And Cancellations
November Culture shall be given every right to examine goods subject of complaint, at November Culture's premises, or any other premises to which the goods are kept. Subject to receipt of notice, November Culture may at its option either replace any goods accepted by November Culture as being incomplete or damaged or may refund the price or give credit therefore and in no event shall the liability of November Culture exceed the net invoiced value of the goods under complaint.
Delivery And Shipping
Upon payment and information needed to post the order received, we will ship the order item(s) on the NEXT working day. Subject to stock availability and orders load, all local orders will be delivered later within 2 working days after the payment has been confirmed. November Culture shall not in any event be liable for delay or failure to make delivery of any goods due to circumstances beyond its control including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, armed conflict, war, rebellion, revolution, strikes, lock-outs, break-down of plant or government or other laws regulations rules or decrees. Customer will be responsible for the full cost and receiving even if they give November Culture a bogus ship to address (like a neighbor) and say they want another because the product was not delivered or received. If goods are returned and marked undeliverable or other reasons because of customs fees, etc., the customer agrees to pay the extra shipping.
Please note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
All merchandise should be checked immediately for damage upon arrival. November Culture cannot be held liable for damage or loss to a shipment by a freight carrier or from customer abuse. Claims for damaged products, suspected damages, or container shortages must be noted on the Carrier's delivery receipt. The Carrier Claims Representative should be notified immediately by the customer. When damaged goods are returned they must be in the original box and packed to prevent further damage. See Returns or Errors.
The customer and their insurance company shall indemnify November Culture from and against all liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, expenses, claims and demands arising from any cause to themselves, others or personal property, other negligence or breach of contract by November Culture. November Culture will not be responsible for damage or losses, direct or indirect, arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for damage to the clothing items caused by outside influences including alterations, improper styling, and maintenance, or careless handling
Our prices in any list issued by November Culture are subject to alteration at any time. Products are sold at prices in effect at the time the order is taken. November Culture reserves the right to change prices without notice when necessary. Product prices do not include taxes. The amount of any present or future sales, use, excise, or similar tax if applicable to the sale shall be paid by the buyer unless a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the tax authorities is approved.
If the customer fails to make payment by the due dates then without prejudice to any other rights of November Culture: November Culture shall be entitled to suspend all or any other deliveries to be made. Under no circumstances will products be shipped until payment has been cleared.
Returns Or Errors
The customer is legally bound to take the goods comprised in the contract and a return of goods will not be accepted unless the goods are new and unused and prior authorization has been given by November Culture in writing or by email. November Culture will assume responsibility for their own errors. The customer shall be responsible for the packing, shipping and maintenance in respect of all goods that are returned to November Culture for any reason whatsoever. In no circumstances will November Culture be liable or under any duty whatsoever for goods which have been damaged or used after risk has passed to the customer. Risk in respect of goods shall pass upon delivery to the customer or to the carrier if the customer arranges transport. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All authorized returns must be received within one week upon delivery for local customers and two weeks for international customers.

November Culture uses POS Malaysia to ship orders within Malaysia.
