    • November Culture uses Citylink Courier Services and POS Malaysia services. In order to track your delivery, you would need the following information:

      1. Consignment number (provided in Payment Receipt email)

      2. Courier Service Provider (provided in Payment Receipt email)

      3. Name of Recipient

    • Call Citylink Courier Services Customer Hotline at 03-5033 3800 with your consignment number details (provided in Payment Receipt email). Citylink customer service is open from 8.35am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Saturday. Alternatively, you could track your orders online at http://www.citylinkexpress.com/main

  • We use POS Malaysia to ship orders within Malaysia.
