Q: HOW DO I SHOP ONLINE?
First, browse through our items and once you find whatever tickles your fancy, click on the 'Add to Cart' button located on every page of the item, under description.  You may always view the items you have added to your Cart by clicking the "Cart" logo button on the top right of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your Cart, you may adjust quantities in your Cart by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update cart" after all quantity adjustments have been made. Once you are convinced that you have upgraded your style with the items you added into your cart, proceed by clicking the 'Checkout' button in the cart page.

Then you would need to register with novemberculture.com as a customer so we can easily process your orders the next time you shop with us! (Don't worry, we won't spam you!)

You will then be redirected to the PayPal page where you can choose to pay with your PayPal account or credit card (you do not need to set up a PayPal account for credit card transaction.) 

Shipping rates will be calculated when you are about to confirm your purchase. Shipping rates are calculated based on the item's weight. For more info on shipping rates please read our Shipping Info page.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email requiring for your phone number (your information will only be used to fill out posting forms). Please note that we can only send out your order once we have your phone number.

And voila! Once the order processing is done we will send out our unicorns to deliver your items to you doorstep in no time!

 

Q: WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
November Culture store accepts payment via PayPal and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we don't have iPAY88 (Malaysian online banking gateway). But we ARE working on it *thumbs up*

 

Q: WHAT IS PAYPAL AND WHAT KIND OF CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
PayPal is a global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. Think of it as your online wallet tied to your credit card, instead of having to key in all your credit card details, PayPal enables you to sign in and pay by just logging into your PayPal account. 

We accept all major credit cards as the following: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.


To proceed with this method, customers may click on 'ADD TO CART' button and check out with PayPal.

If you encounter any problem at all in terms of these two method of payment, please do not hesitate to email us and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

 

YOUR CREDIT CARD SECURITY
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Don't worry, we do not have access to your credit card information, however we will have access to your shipping address.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT OTHER PAYMENT METHODS (e.g: Manual money transfer, online banking)?
We also accept orders made via email. All email orders will be replied during business hours Monday to Saturday 10pm-6pm Malaysian time. Because of this, please allow us to reply you within 24 hours. If an email order is sent on a Saturday after 6pm, we will only be able to reply on the next business day which is Monday. This payment method is only available for Malaysian shoppers.

Once your money is received, you should receive an email confirmation. Orders will not be sent out until your money order is received. If your money order isn't received within 7 business days, then your pending order will be automatically canceled. No refunds may be given for money orders.

We also have 'Order Forms' where you can instantly send us your orders. You can click on the hyperlink 'Order Form' located under the 'Add to Cart' button on every item page. This method, ofcourse, takes a wee bit longer then the normal cart check out ofcourse, so please give us a little bit time to respond to your Order Forms! Thank you!


Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDERS?
Upon payment received, we will ship the order item(s) on the NEXT working day. Subject to stock availability and orders load, all local orders will be delivered later within 2 working days after the payment has been confirmed. Please read our Shipping Info page.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN MY CLOTHES AND GET A REFUND?
We do accept refunds and exchanges however goods must be returned within 7 (SEVEN) days of purchase in the same condition as they were received(with tags attached). Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of the returned parcel (if order is sent via postage).

 

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has already been shipped then you can NOT cancel your order however, If you paid with a credit card or Paypal and your order hasn't been shipped then you have 48 hours (2 days) after placing your order to contact us about canceling your order.

If you selected the Money transfer payment method you may contact us at anytime to cancel your order. Money transfer payments can NOT be canceled if the money transfer has already been sent.


Q: CAN I TRUST THE QUALITY OF YOUR CLOTHES?
We try to keep all items affordable but also wearable for our customers so the quality of our clothing is as good as it can be for the price! Each item's quality is examined and we try our best to thoroughly describe the materials in the product's description.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NOVEMBER CULTURE AND 14NOV PRODUCTS?
November Culture is an online retail store distributing clothes that are carefully handpicked by the stylists of November Culture from our trusted suppliers and local designers. 14NOV is a clothing line founded and designed by the founder of November Culture, singer-songwriter Yuna Zarai.
